Corporate Controller
Our client is adding a key management position to their corporate headquarters and are seeking an experienced, motivated, hands-on, high-potential financial professional for this newly created role. This high-profile position will own the accounting function and scale it as the company prepares for an IPO.   This position will lead all corporate accounting operations, external financial reporting, consolidations, as well as provide reliable and substantiated technical accounting guidance on GAAP-compliant industry practices. This position will also work closely with the heads of FP&A, internal audit, tax, as well as heads of operations finance. This position will report directly to the CFO.   

Senior Technical Accountant, CPA

This position will assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other documents as necessary for a large global company.  The individual will assist in reviewing technical accounting implications for complex business issues and transactions on an as-needed basis for review by management and will also assist with the review of various financial information and performing analysis, including the review of subsidiary financial information. This individual will also assist with ad-hoc financial projects.  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus- CPA required.
