Hot Raleigh News:
Despite an economy slowed by inflation, labor shortages and rising interest rates, North Carolina still continues to hold its own nationally! Based on the Moody research published by Wall Street Journal in early April, Raleigh is the 5th best job market in the country and still very actively growing. Our area is working on adding multiple career opportunities (approximately 14,000 jobs) and adding a healthy capital investment of over 8 billion dollars. Many of these opportunities are in the tech sector but we are seeing them across the board. Remote roles are declining and companies are trying to find a happy median with bringing people back into the office on a hybrid or full time schedule as many companies believe there is some discord with collaboration. Companies are still making prudent investments in upgrading their internal staff and recognize the current war for talent to keep their companies growing in the face of the media's splash on economic uncertainty.
